Energy Savings Agreement
The first year agreement for 1 system is $232.00. This covers 3 tune-ups in 6-month intervals. Also you will recieve a 15% discount on all repairs if needed. No overtime and priority ststus on the schedule when you call for help. The following renewal rate is $173.00 with 2 tune-ups and is due upon completion of each 12-month period. All the same benefits apply.

- Clean and adjust burner assembly
- Clean ignition assembly
- Clean heat exchanger or elements
- Monitor flue draft
- Monitor refrigerant pressure
- Test starting capabilities
- Test safety controls
- Clean or replace air filters
- Clean and adjust blower components
- Measure for correct air flow
- Tighten electrical connections
- Measure volts/amps
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Adjust thermostat calibration
- Clean evaprator coil if accessible
- Clean condenser coil
- Clean condensate drains
- Measure temperature difference
- Apply protective coating to outside unit
